- 2 cups cold cooked rice
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped

- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
