🧄 Ingredients
- 4 broccoli stems, peeled and julienned
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 apple, julienned + 3 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup whole egg mayonnaise
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
